Not only is the annual Parade of Homes a showcase of the finest new homes in Southeastern North Carolina, but it is also a competition between our builder members. Our builders put everything on the line to compete for bragging rights and the title of Gold, Silver, or Bronze winner in varying price categories.

How are the winners chosen?
Homes are evaluated within their assigned price categories by teams of judges. Judges have extensive knowledge of new home construction, design, and real estate. They are members of their local HBAs and have a familiarity with Parade of Homes procedures. Judges come from outside of the Wilmington region to ensure impartiality and a fair competition.
