About the Builder
Craig Stevens, President/Owner
Craig Stevens, owner of Michael Christian Homes, is a third generation highly-decorated builder who has built more than 3,000 homes in the Cape Fear Region since 1993. Inducted in to the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association Hall of Fame in 2017. Craig is an avid member of the community in which he works, and he places a huge focus on giving back by supporting Habitat for Humanity.
Jeffrey Barlow, Owner/Operator
Jeffrey Barlow, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design, Construction Management, and a minor in City Planning. Jeff holds a North Carolina Real Estate license, LEED Building credential, and a NC General Contractor License. He started at Stevens Fine Homes in 2013 in the Warranty department, and has since worked in numerous other departments: superintendent, purchasing, estimating and division coordinator in 2019, which has given him a well-rounded perspective. Jeff was recognized by Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association as Young Professional of the Year in 2019 and additionally received Cape Fear’s Region Community Involvement award for continued partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
